Article 1 (Purpose of the Service)

"Curse Diary" (hereinafter the "Service") is entertainment intended to let users achieve psychological release (catharsis) by privately writing out their everyday emotions and stress in the form of "curses." The Service has no supernatural or magical effect whatsoever, nor does it guarantee any such effect.

Article 2 (Prohibited Conduct)

Users must not engage in any of the following conduct.

• Use for the purpose of actual threats, notice of harm, harassment, or defamation against real individuals or organizations, or other illegal acts
• Using the Service for the purpose of identifying or attacking a real person
• Acts that infringe the rights of third parties, or acts that violate laws or public order and morals
• Acts that interfere with the operation of the Service, unauthorized access, or improperly obtaining credits

The stored diary text and target-name fields are private. Card images, public links, and verses you choose to share can be seen by others. If use falling under the above is discovered, the operator may take measures such as suspending use.

Article 3 (Credits and Billing)

• The Service uses "curse energy (credits)." A set amount is granted for free each day, and any shortfall can be purchased for a fee.
• Purchased credits and unlocked features are digital content and, except where permitted by law, cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash after purchase.
• Credits have no expiration date and there is no obligation to refund them.
• In-app purchases on iOS are also subject to the App Store's terms, and purchases on the web version are also subject to the payment provider's terms.
• Curse energy (credits) constitutes a prepaid payment instrument under the Payment Services Act; in accordance with that Act, we disclose the issuer, how to check the unused balance, refund availability, and related matters in our Legal Notice (Specified Commercial Transactions Act).

Article 4 (Age)

The Service contains dark expression. Persons under the age of 13 may not use it. Minors should use it with the consent of a guardian.

Article 5 (Disclaimer)

Except in cases of the operator's willful misconduct or gross negligence, the operator bears no liability for damages arising from use of the Service. The Service is provided as is.
