Privacy Policy
Operator: SURISUTA, K.K. Last updated: October 3, 2026
Information We Collect
- Authentication information via an email verification code, sign-in link, or Google account (email address, display name, profile image)
- Information about the people you register (alias, relationship, and description of the offense)
- History of granting, spending, and purchasing Yurusen Points (credits)
- Usage and device information used to improve the service
Privacy of Your Records
The information and offenses you register are stored as private data and are never shared with or disclosed to other users. Row-level security (RLS) in the database ensures that no other user can access them.
Access by the operator
The operator may review stored content to improve the service and investigate defects. Registered content is not made public to other users. If you choose to generate a verse, part of the offense text is sent to OpenAI's API as described below. We do not provide registered content to third parties for advertising. Content may also be reviewed when required by law or urgently necessary to protect life or physical safety. Operator access applies to content registered on or after the revision of 12 August 2026. Earlier content remains subject to the premise in effect when it was registered that the operator does not read it.
Judgment cards and public links
When you choose to share a judgment card, it is provided as an image or public link. The public link shows card details such as the judgment and depth of karma, but not the original entry, the person's alias, or your account information. You can disable the public link in Settings. Images already posted to social media or saved elsewhere remain there after the link is disabled.
Sharing of Verses of Judgment
Verses composed from an offense are saved privately by default. A verse appears in the public feed only if you choose to publish it. Only its three lines, depth of karma, ember count, and your public ranking name (if set) appear there. The offense text, the person's alias, and your account details are not published. You can change a verse's visibility from the verse screen at any time. Other users can report public verses; verses with enough reports are automatically hidden. You can also stop seeing verses from a particular user.
Purpose of Use
We use the information collected for identity authentication, service provision (storing and displaying registered information, managing Yurusen Points), preventing fraudulent use, and improving the service. We do not provide your registered content to third parties for purposes such as advertising.
External Services
We use Supabase for authentication and data storage, Google as an authentication provider, the App Store and payment processors for payments, and Slack for notifications to the operator. If you choose to generate a verse, we also send up to the first 1,200 characters of the offense text to OpenAI's API to compose it. We do not add the person's alias or your account details separately, but information you wrote in the offense text is included. Each provider's terms and privacy policy apply.
Requesting Deletion
If you wish to delete your account and registered data, please contact us. When your account is deleted, the related personal records and Yurusen Points information are also deleted.
